ETIP SNET and ISGAN are organizing an event tltled "Energy Communities' Impact on Grids" that will take place on 27th August from 14.00 to 16.45 during CIGRE 2024.

About the event

During the event, the paper titled Energy Communities' Impact on Grids, authored by ETIP SNET's Working Group 1 in collaboration with ISGAN, will be discussed. The focus will be on the role of energy communities for Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs). The discussion will explore how energy communities can harness consumer flexibility to better integrate renewable resources and new technologies while fulfilling their responsibilities and obligations. 

Q&A with the public is foreseen throughout the event.
